How far in advance should I book entertainment for my Wimbledon party?
Summer in Wimbledon is our busiest season — lots of outdoor birthday parties happening around Wimbledon Common, Wimbledon Park and the quieter residential streets near the Village. For Saturday and Sunday slots between May and September we recommend booking 3–4 weeks ahead. In winter, most Wimbledon parties move indoors to family homes around the SW19 postcodes, which makes last-minute bookings much easier to cover. Short-notice midweek slots are often available — just WhatsApp us and we'll check live availability across the London team.
Where can I host a kids party in Wimbledon?
Wimbledon families book us at a wide mix of venues — family homes around the Village and the SW19 streets, private gardens in summer, local community halls for larger parties, and outdoor spots like Wimbledon Common and Wimbledon Park. Our entertainers work just as well in a living room as in a park, and we bring everything we need. Face painters prefer a table and chairs, magicians need a bit of floor space, and balloon artists work best indoors. If you're still choosing a venue, WhatsApp us and we'll share what works well in the area.
Do you travel to Wimbledon at no extra cost?
Yes — all Wimbledon bookings include travel in the listed price, with no surcharge across SW19 and the surrounding postcodes. Our entertainers cover South West London regularly, so Wimbledon is well within our standard range. If you're booking for a venue further afield or outside normal coverage, we'll always let you know at the quote stage — never as a surprise after payment. The price you see on the site is the price you pay, and that includes everything from setup to pack-down.
