What we collect when you book a party, why we need it, and who sees it.

What we collect

To quote and run a party we need your name, an email address, a phone number, the event date and time, the address, and roughly how many children and what ages. That is the whole list. We do not ask for a child’s full name, school or photograph.

Why we need it

The address and time tell an entertainer where to be. The age range decides which show fits. The email and phone are how we send the quote, the invoice and the reminder before the event.

Who sees it

The entertainer assigned to your party sees your address and phone number only in the window around the event: the phone number from three hours before until the party ends, the address until the party ends. Outside that window our own system does not show it to them. Nobody else receives your details, and we do not sell them.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store a full card number. Bank transfers are matched against our account by reference.

Analytics

We measure which pages people read. Our analytics sets no tracking cookies, records no sessions, and receives no personal information.

Your choices

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Contact details are in the footer of every page.
