How far in advance should I book entertainment for my Wembley party?
Wembley picks up strongly in summer when families take advantage of outdoor spaces around Wembley Park and the surrounding HA9 streets for garden parties and park celebrations. For peak weekend dates between May and September, we'd recommend getting your booking in 3–4 weeks ahead. In winter, most Wembley parties move indoors to family homes across the HA9 postcodes, and shorter-notice slots are usually available. If you're looking for a midweek entertainer or need to book quickly, WhatsApp us and we'll check the team's live availability.
Where can I host a kids party in Wembley?
Wembley families host parties at home, in their gardens during warmer months, in community halls for bigger groups, and occasionally outdoors around Wembley Park. Our entertainers work well in any setting — they arrive ready with all their kit and set up quickly. Face painters need a table and chairs, magicians work best with a clear patch of floor, and balloon artists prefer being indoors out of the wind. Not sure which setup suits your party? Do you travel to Wembley at no extra cost?
Yes — Wembley is covered under our standard pricing with no travel surcharge across the HA9 postcodes and surrounding areas. Our entertainers regularly work across North West London, so reaching Wembley is part of the normal routine. For any venue that falls outside our standard range, we'd always flag a travel supplement at the quote stage — you'll know before you commit, not after. What you see on the website is the complete price, covering travel, the full entertainment session and pack-down.
